According to their structures, processes can be Operational, Managerial, Support, and Guidance. For Operational and Support processes, efficiency is the critical issue, whereas for Managerial and Guidance processes, effectiveness is much more important. Performance of the processes can be evaluated in three different dimensions. Cost, Quality and Time.
